The work of GoodWeave International (GWI) is governed by the GWI Constitution (Articles of Association).
- The GWI Members Council is the highest decision-making body on fundamental matters and oversees the implementation of the GoodWeave program internationally.
- The GWI Executive Board determines GoodWeave’s strategic objectives and oversees the operation of the certification system and the Secretariat.
- The GoodWeave Standards Committee is responsible for developing and deciding on the content of GoodWeave standards (see Terms of Reference).
- The GoodWeave Certification Committee is responsible for certification decisions and provides oversight for the inspection and monitoring program (see Terms of Reference).
