  1. Overall, I believe the general terms used in this Principle are the most effective that you can create given the variety of situations in which GoodWeave inspectors will be working. I would encourage you to also include provisions under the section on loans regarding reasonable interest rates (or similar terminology) to prevent abusive lending. I would also encourage you to include more elements as core expectations – particularly predatory lending and false apprenticeship schemes – rather than progress measurements, so that the standards can address all of the elements of wages from launch.
